If only I could see forsythia now. It's actually snowing here. YUK! So over it. I love to cut forsythia and use inside. So pretty. xoxo Also thank you for following my blog. I see it on your blog roll. I fell honored! Lisa
We had some really bizarre weather here yesterday... it snowed and actually stuck to the ground for about 15 minutes before the sun came out. By the time Jillian had her "snow clothes" on it had melted. :-)
Happy spring, Andrea! We still have lots of snow on the ground here in west Michigan without a flower is sight. It's nice to see spring in blog land. Have a beautiful day!! ~ Jamie
We've had a long, hard winter in Kentucky. The crocus and daffodils are finally blooming but the redbud and forsythia haven't had enough warm sun yet. I'm sure it won't be long now. March came in with a snow storm-we are hoping for a lamb like exit!
The first signs of spring are so wonderful, aren't they? I love seeing the daffodils everywhere. Hopefully spring like weather will reach you soon! :-)
Your forsythia is so pretty, a sure sign of spring! I have only a few blossoms on our bush; the deer ate the center out of it and we had a freezing cold spell at the wrong time. Your chickens seem to be enjoying springtime too!
My forsythia is still buried I. Snow! More snow tomorrow so I will just enjoy your photo for now! I picked up my copy of the magazine today..can't wait to read it. So happy for you that you are in it! Happy Spring! Patty

That's so pretty! They had some at Costco today…I should've got that instead of tulips.
ReplyDeleteI love forsythia, but I would have had a hard time passing up the tulips (my all time favorite flower)! ;-)
DeleteAlways a beautiful sign of spring :)
ReplyDeleteI'm SO envious! I have been waiting for my forsythia to bloom, but no go...yet. We're in Nebraska, so I imagine it will be a few more weeks.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, and I always enjoy the things you post. You definitely have a knack for photography!
Thank you, Mimi!
DeleteGorgeous signs of Spring. Wish we had some here....xo Diana
ReplyDeleteSmells like spring! :))) Happy Spring, everyone!

ReplyDeleteI've always loved the first sight of Forsythias because it marks warmer days ahead.
Hope all is well on your end. Always a pleasure to pop by and see what you're up to.
